We started the idea of creating a first-class food truck in 2022. Our concept is to have the highest quality ingredients with a twist on American comfort food for all to enjoy, serving the North Phoenix area. COVID-19 changed the way people eat out or dine in. We both were working in corporate run establishments during this time and to say the least it was stressful having to deal with Covid exposure daily and trying to manage a restaurant which had to be open throughout the entire pandemic. Staffing issues, food and supply shortages, corporate policy and everything in between made us want to move on from working for others. We tried during this time but could not provide what our customers deserved so we decided to work for ourselves. In our opinion, the overall customer experience has been lost since 2020 and has never completely returned. Between us we have over 50 years combined restaurant and customer service experience. We are going to bring the service back to customer service and do it with a smile, OUR WAY.

Chef Mike has worked in a fast-paced 5-star Las Vegas Hotels to Resort Restaurants on the Oregon coast, and many other cities along the way, working side by side with some of the best chefs his entire career.
Debbie graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management. Working in restaurants since she was 15, she always dreamed of working for herself. She has worked for Friendly’s and Outback Steakhouse, to name a few. From being a General Manager to head of Administration to Dining Room Manager, she has worked all aspects of a restaurant and is ready to apply what she knows to creating the best food truck in North Phoenix.
